Prefabricated buildings, the basics
Once you have done so, go ahead and lay your steel shed's concrete foundation, but be sure to put that foundation down on a spot that is graded and level! Your foundation can be either a full concrete slab or square concrete pads placed at each of the building corners; each will do an adequate job of supporting your steel shed. Your next step is to erect your steel shed's support columns into the anchor bolts that you have embedded into the concrete pads or foundation and attach the rafters to those columns. Once the rafters are in place, it's time to fasten the roof purlins and wall girts that support the metal rafters and wall sheeting and frame your door and window openings. Next, attach your cable bracing and install the doors and windows. If you plan to insulate, put the insulation in place before erecting interior metal sheeting over it.
